Returns Information
CrystalCrib.com does not accept exchanges for wholesale orders, unless there are proven
manufacturing defects you have encountered with our shipped items. The fastest, easiest way for an
exchange or a refund is to contact our friendly Customer Service staff at
wholesale@crystalcrib.com.
Each purchase is unique by itself, thus it will need our attention - there may be cases where you don't
even need to pay up any additional costs for sending your items back to us. In the rare event that you find
